Potato

Potato Gnocchi is handmade using local potatoes.  Not typical to restaurant or store bought gnocchi. However traditional to homemade Italian gnocchi served in Italy. 

Best cooking method, boil gnocchi, followed by searing gnocchi in sauce of choice. 

Ingredients:  Local potatoes, wheat flour, eggs, salt.
