Ricotta & Parsley

Ricotta & Parsley Gnocchi is a softer gnocchi made with local fresh ricotta and often home grown parsley. Each serving gives a light subtle taste of the parsley which is not over powering. 

This gnocchi is great with any sauce, pesto, oil or burnt butter. 

Best cooking method, boil gnocchi  to cook and sear with sauce or butter to compete cooking process. 

Ingredients:  Ricotta, wheat flour, parsley, eggs, salt.
