Sweet Potato & Pumpkin Gnocchi is a favourite.  Vegetables are locally sourced at farmer markets, for fresher quality. This handmade gnocchi gives a slightly sweeter tasted than the others. Enjoy with any sauce, red, white, cream, pesto, burnt butter or oil based. 

Best to boil gnocchi first and sear in pan with sauce of choice.
